Forum Patch Notes 1.0.2

It's that time again for some more updates to the forum, what's next etc.

I changed to leave a longer time between the change log so the updates where more meaningful. So let's see what's next

I was contemplating bringing back the instant message feature. I think it may be useful but perhaps counter-intuitive?
