I thought it would be a good idea to implement some kind of calendar system so that members in the team can check up the dates, plan ahead and let other teammates know when they can and can't play.
You can access the calendar in the navigation bar at the header of the site and post a new event. This is how I'd like it to be mapped out...
Simply title the event "Name available" and state which times during that day you can play. This is keep the calendar easy to navigate. It is advised to colour code your posts individually for better clarity. I like for every member on the team to use this feature and to use it regularly and in most cases ahead of time, for instance, if you know you can't play on a certain day, post the event on the calendar for that day so that other members can view it and see.
